FOODOPS 2016 Proceedings

The International Food Operations & Processing Simulation Workshop has the potential to make an important contribution to the literature both in appraising the current state of research and in providing advanced approaches for the future development of the field. The aim of the Workshop is to collect papers that go beyond the current state of the field, and have also the potential to stimulate and guide future research efforts delineating critical paths for future research.
