Use of modelling for assessment of Latvian road safety and logistics costs minimization

Abstract
In this article attention is paid to the assessment of the number of accidents on main roads of Latvia, as well as the analysis and evaluation of the cargo insurance premium and modelling of logistics service costs P* delivery, taking into account the most essential risks of the logistics process. The principal objectives of this research work are: - to consider an option of modelling for the assessment of Latvian road safety and number of accidents on roads; - to model the value of the cargo insurance premium P and logistics service costs P* delivery .
