The Organizer applies the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-NoDerivative Works 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-ND)<\/strong> to the Article where it publishes the Article as part of the proceedings of the conference on its online platforms on an Open Access<\/strong> basis. The CC-BY-NC-ND license allows users to copy and distribute the Article, provided this is not done for commercial purposes and further does not permit distribution of the Article if it is changed or edited in any way, and provided the user gives appropriate credit (with a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI), provides a link to the license, and that the licensor is not represented as endorsing the use made of the work. The authors will retain the copyright of the Article and related Supplemental Materials and no rights in patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the Organizer. All manuscripts submitted to the conference are strictly and thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts (this includes research and review articles, spontaneous submissions, and invited papers). The Editors will perform an initial check of the manuscript\u2019s suitability upon receipt. The Editors will then organize a single-blind peer-review process<\/b> performed by independent experts and collect at least two review reports per manuscript with the help of Track & Invited Session chairs. Authors are then asked for adequate revisions (with a second round of peer-review if necessary) before a final decision is made. The final decision is made by the Editors. Accepted articles will not be copy-edited and English-edited, therefore the manuscripts should be already in the correct format\/template and in good English.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Organizer is committed to the permanent availability and preservation of scholarly research and to ensure accessibility by converting and upgrading digital file formats to comply with new technology standards. The Organizer is committed to maintain its own digital archive and a local state-of-the-art facility to store a complete, accurate digital version of the archive. Reporting Standards<\/b>
\nAuthors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.\n

\nData Access and Retention<\/b>
\nAuthors may be asked to provide the research data supporting their paper for editorial review, should be prepared to provide public access to such data, if practicable, and should be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable number of years after publication.\n

\nOriginality and Acknowledgement of Sources<\/b>
\nThe authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and\/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted and permission has been obtained where necessary. Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors must cite those publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work and that will guide the reader quickly to the earlier work that is essential for understanding the present investigation. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, must not be used or reported without explicit, written permission from the source. Plagiarism takes many forms, from \u2018passing off\u2019 another\u2019s paper as the author\u2019s own paper, to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another\u2019s paper (without attribution), to claiming results from research conducted by others.
