Conference Registration and Fee Payment

 

ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM

Authors are expected to register (by using the online registration procedure), to attend the conference and to present the accepted papers (early registration, before June 10th, 2008, guarantees a reduced fee). Without registration the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

The registration guarantees the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings, luncheons, coffee breaks and dinner party for one person (the registered person).

 

Note the registration and the fee payment must be completed before July 20th 2008. After July 20th the Organization Committee does not guarantee the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings.

Each paper requires at least a full registration in order to be included in the conference proceedings.

· Conference attendees paying full registration will be able to attend any conference session and will receive: HMS 2008 Conference Proceedings on CD, luncheons, coffee breaks and dinner party.

· The Registration fee is associated with publication of the paper and is NOT REFUNDABLE, but is transferable to the designed who will present your paper at the conference.

 

PAGE LIMITS: The page limit for manuscripts is ten (10) pages (included  in the author registration fee). Additional pages will be assessed at  Euro 75 per page.

If your work must be cleared or approved before publication by  your institution, company, or governmental agency, please be sure that  process will be completed by the due date above or we will not be able to include it in the CD Conference Proceedings.
