The scientific activity of the Industrial Engineering Section at the University of Calabria aims at successfully expand on and bring unique innovations in the industrial plants and production systems field as well as in the supply chain design and management.

 

The Industrial Engineering Section works with a number of industries, universities, research institutions, governments.

The research team very often use Modeling & Simulation as  problem solving methodology and decision support tool for correctly designing and managing production systems, industrial plants and supply chains.
