Food Industry quality improved by the Development Of Six Sigma projects

 


 

 

The project proposes the implementation of the Six Sigma methodology in the food field. Starting from the analysis of the major processes that occur in the food industry, the critical variables that impact on food quality have been identified.

Then the qualitative aspects of foods and the implementation phases of Six Sigma in the food industry have been defined.
