Please take a moment to include this information with your paper. A beam projector (one will be in every room) is available at no charge. All other special requests (i. e. laptop computer, overhead projector) require payment up front for their rental fees. You will be contacted by Conference Secretariat for the rental fee of the A/V request.

The authors of the papers need to pay a full registration fee by using a Bank Order. Each paper requires at least a full registration in order to be included in the Conference Proceedings. Conference attendee paying full registration will be able to attend any Conference session and will receive Conference Proceedings on CD, luncheons, coffee breaks and dinner party. The registration fee is associated with publication of the paper and is NOT REFUNDABLE, but is transferable to the designed who will present your paper at the Conference.
